We know the local authorities inside out and handle official correspondence, registrations and cancellations with utilities/phone companies, trips to banks and post offices, and much more.

What we cannot do ourselves, we delegate to trusted partners in our network, e.g., a Mallorcan gestor and an established law firm. For home electronics, we cooperate with a motivated IT service provider (WiFi / satellite), a security company, a TV technician, etc.

What our customers say

Heike N.

Water damage while I was away! Claudia was on site immediately, prevented the worst and took all necessary measures right away. Top!

Nikolaus A.

Our townhouse in Palma has been managed perfectly for years, official paperwork is taken care of, and the garden is spick and span too.

Gertraut K.

They take care of everything, including managing the tradespeople and supervising the work during my renovation in Santa Catalina.

Florian B

My flat has been managed by them from the start. Tenant handovers, cleaning, laundry, etc. I don't have to worry about anything and everything runs smoothly.
